Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting sales operations? Sajemp is seeking a Sales Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless functioning of our sales department.
- Order Processing: Assist in processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer and sales data in our CRM system to ensure accuracy.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation and review of sales contracts, quotations, and proposals.
- Reporting: Generate sales reports and contribute to data analysis for identifying trends and opportunities.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, meetings, and presentations.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to facilitate the smooth operations of the sales department.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is highly valued.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with an acute attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
