Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.

Record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.


Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) on a regular basis.

Provide financial reports and insights to the management team to support decision-making.


Vendor Management:

Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors.

Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and resolve any billing discrepancies.






Financial Analysis:                                                                            Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets. Provide financial projections and forecasts to guide future financial planning.

Tax Compliance:

Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.

Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may affect the company.


Audit Preparation and Support:

Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits. Implement recommendations from audits to improve financial processes.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • CPA, ACCA, or similar certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting regulations and tax laws.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
