Job Description:


Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support? Sajemp is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our sales department. 

Responsibilities


  • Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exemplary service.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in our CRM system.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review sales contracts, quotations, and proposals.
  • Reporting: Generate sales reports and assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, meetings, and presentations.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks to support the sales department's daily operations.



Qualifications


  • Proven Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
