Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and local labor laws.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Manage employee relations, address concerns, and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and development plans.
- Create and manage employee training and development programs.
- Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance HR strategies.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- min. 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role
- Perfect written English
- Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia

- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
- Experience in organizational development
