Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and local labor laws.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
  • Manage employee relations, address concerns, and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and development plans.
  • Create and manage employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance HR strategies.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • min. 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role
  • Perfect written English
  • Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia

Nice to Have

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
  • Experience in organizational development
