SAJMEP provides mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering and consulting services. The scope of services, including fees, will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided by the Company.


3. Client Responsibilities


Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information related to the project. Any delays or inaccuracies in the information provided may affect the timeline and quality of services.


4. Payment Terms


Payment terms will be detailed in the agreement or proposal. Clients are expected to make payments in a timely manner according to the agreed-upon terms.


5. Intellectual Property


Any deliverables, designs, or documents produced by SAJMEP during the course of the project are the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the specific project for which they were created.


6. Confidentiality


Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the project. This includes project details, designs, and any other confidential information.


7. Liability and Warranty


SAJMEP will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, the Company is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or reliance on its services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.


8. Termination


Either party may terminate the agreement for cause if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Termination terms and conditions will be outlined in the agreement.


9. Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of KSA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


10. Entire Agreement


These Terms and Conditions, along with any separate agreements or proposals, constitute the entire agreement between SAJMEP and the client and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
